Two cars, A and B, are traveling in the same direction, although car A is 271 m behind car B. The speed of A is 18.0 m/s, and the speed of B is 15.1 m/s. How much time does it take for A to catch B?

Short answer version:
Each second A goes (18-15.1) = 2.9 m/s further than B.
