Angle of incidence i = 45 o

Index of refraction of human eye n = 1.33

Angle of refraction r = ?

From snell\'s law sin i / sin r = n / n \'

Where n \' = index ofrefraction of air = 1

Substittue values you get , sin 45 / sin r = 1.33

From this sin r = sin 45 / 1.33

                      = 0.7071 / 1.33

                     = 0.5316

                  r = sin -1 (0.5316 )

                    = 32.11 o
