Formula for acceleration is (a) = v^2/t
Here we know the velocity bt don\'t know the time, so we have to calcukate the time at a distance of 40m.
From the graph velocity at a distance of 40m is 15m/s
V = s/t
From this. time (t) = s/v
= 40/15 = 2.667 sec
Therefore acceleration. = 15^2/2.667
