What is the NY Quist sampling rate for each of the following signals for the band-pass signal with bandwidth of 300kHz if the lowest frequency is 200kHz? A system is processing low pass signal with bandwidth of 200 kHz where the data rate of the channel is 2Mbps. What is the maximum quantization level it can implement?

1.A according to Nyquist\'s their sampling rate is double the maximum frquency

Since bandwidth of the signal is 300 khz and lowest frequency is 200 khz,the signal ranges from 200- 500 khz

Therefore max frequency component is 500 kh.So theoretically Nyquist\'s sampling is double it\'s frequency.

Therefore sampling rate is 1000 khz

2.the maximum quantisation level will be 512 levels

Since bandwidth is 200 khz,fmax is 2*200= 400khz/sample
