Solution
Innate immunity is something already present in the body where as adaptive immunity is created in response to exposure to a foreign substance. Innate immunity is non- specific type , it fight against any foreign invader. Innate immunity response to foreign matter is rapid, where as adaptive immunity response is slow.
The span of innate immunity will be there through out the life , once activated against a specific type of antigen.span of adaptive immunity can be life long or short. Innate immunity is inherited from parents, adaptive immunity cannot be inherited. Innate immunity will not have immunological memory, adaptive immunity will have long time memory. Innate immunity response will be fast, whereas adaptive immunity response will be slow.
