From given Dim.
Pin MMC=34.2mm and Hole LMC=36.2mm
Now by considering maximum material condition applied on GD and T symbol,
Clearance =(LMC of hole-Position tol,)-(MMC of pin+Position tol.)
Clearance=(36.2-0.9)-(34.2+0.1)
Clearance=1mm
