Solution

The output of AND gate is high when all input of AND gate is High (1).

The only possible inputs to get the output high is 1 0 1 0 1 1 0 1.

The address is shown in hexa decimal so, convert the binary number to hexa decimal.

1010 (10 - A)    1101 (13 - D)

(10101101)2 = (AD)₁₆
