i was represented for Deloitte for a period of 5 years (2007-12) i was worked as an associate finance analyst over there. there we were having a freedom that every community can celebrate their traditional and cultural days in the organisation. we have the freedom to wear the traditional dresses and we were enjoyed alot. the main thing that each employee should get equal opportunities at the work even out of the work also.
ethics only says about these factors, no stakeholder get losses. and everyone should treat in a fair way and work towards their targets.
when i am an employee my concern whether i completed the task assigned by my employer on not (duty to echics). i only focus to complete my task, i never consider the consequences and the result of the task and i never expects any other benefits from the actions.
organisation culture is the aspect which it says about how it interacting and treting the other stakeholders. it is a comination of activities and factors. based on the ethics only it can be followed by the people. if all the communities are doing their activities or works based on their limitaitons and conscience, there wont be any problem at the work place or even out of the work place also.
