Now a days, growth of the design or build project system has been changed. Design of a project(architecturally and structurally) is of a greater importance, equally the build system.

Coming to the role of firms, architects will handle the preliminary stages of the projects like surveying, plan, elevations, construction standards and utilization of available space. But the structural firms plays a vital role in fulfilling the dreams and demands of the architects by designing it safely and economically. Whereas the contractor will take responsibilities of executing the projects in a systematic way. Clients are the super power among the architects, structural consultants and contractors as they are the deciding authority in their projects and needs by taking the inputs from the consultants.
