From the perspective of a department manager, explain the fallacy inherent in the statement: If you want something done right, do it yourself?
Solution
If you are manager you are suppose to be a leader to your team, you need to guide them so they can do things right, on that statement the manager is basically saying he does not trust his team to do things, he can not dellagate because things will be done wrong. If that is the case, then it is not the team that is doing things wrong, it is the manager because is not helping them, is not giving them the tools to perfom the job correctly. Therefore is the manager would do it himself he would do it wrong.
