For DC capacitor act as open circuit and inductor act as short circuit .

So current i will flow from 20 volts to 6 ohms to 4 ohms then to 20 volts

Total resistance is R = 6+4 = 10 ohms

current i = V/R

=20/10

=2 Amperes
