The capacity of health care is costlier to older patients therefore, some insurance companies are not providing health care insurance packages to those suffering from \"neurodegenerative diseases\" (Parkinson\'s, multiple sclerosis). The business components are mainly based on the policies implemented by the state & federal governments. State governments implementing education policies about the lethal consequences resulted from pandemic diseases. Federal governments recruiting various health care professionals to educate public about the causes, prevention, in a specific plan and response method.

Ethical and moral values should follow to serve each individual patient even from tribal region, or multiracial communities so there are should be obligations primarily to health-care workers. There are various pandemic diseases such as bird influenza, bubonic plague & neurodegenerative diseases, seasonal diseases, sexually transmitted dieases etc as explained below.
