According to me, the most important topic in the criminal Law is RAPE/ SAFETY OF GIRLS

Now a days we always says that there is no difference between the girls and the boys but why girls are not free to roam anywhere, to live their life as they want.

The rapists are increasing day by day , it should be highly emphasized. The rapists spoils the life of a girls and also comes out of the jail very easily. Their shows their power, their hunger. The punishment that is being given to rapoist criminal should be very torturous so that noone can even dare to spoil the life of a girl.
