Below are some questions to get you thinking about your own writing and the course. The questions arc meant to help me understand where you are starting from; you don\'t need to answer them all. Choose two or three and answer them briefly. What does \"technical writing\" mean to you? What kinds of technical writing do you think you will do as a professional in your field? What does your writing process look like? (Favorite places to write? Multiple drafts or single drafts? Peer critiques? etc.) Which aspects of your writing arc you most confident in? Solution

1. For me, technical writing is all about expressing views on a particular subject focusing on its facts and scope. It is basically for the benefit of people to understand the technicalities of the subject. It requires planning, clarity and simplicity. The choice of words also plays an important role.

2. Being a mechanical engineering graduate, I would most probably translate complex technical information related to my subject into simpler language.

4. I\'m confident about the content of my writing and all I\'m worried about is the choice of words and presentation of the content.
