The Production of wooden pencil is make in ten simple steps. They are-

1. In the factory of Slat, The pencil stock is mostly cut into the “Pencil Blocks” a bit which is longer than the normal length of a pencil because bit is taken longer are became wastage at the time of Complete of production of Pencils. 2. After Trim allowance the Pencil Blocks are cut into the “Pencil Slats” using specially designed for the circular saws. These saws are looks like a thin in order to reduce the “waste” in the nature of “sawdust”. This slats are cutting in smaller width or shorter length to reduce the amount of wastages or to eliminates defects.

3. Pencils slats are packet with the boxes after giving him colours and sharpining features of the woods for its best future Processing. And then shipped for its final inspection in all over the world.

4. At the factory, Machines cut grooves into slats to accept the best writing core.

5. Writing Core is the Mixture of graphite and clay which are placed in the grooves.which are formulation in cosmetic pencils.

6. The second grooved slats which is glued on the first – which are making a “sandwich” – by a machines called a “lead layer”. The sandwiches which are “clamped” and held together tightly with the glue dries.

7. After the glue dries, All the sandwiches are transferred for “Shaper” and first “trimmed” for assuring that the sandwich is the type of square and that all the pencils will the proper length. Then all sandwich s is machined into pencil shape such as round or triangular.
