Nokia had a leadership position  from 1998, but it lose starting from  2008,  They had problem with their battery so they called off from the market it is first beat for Nokia, They couldn’t compete with technologies which had given by their competitors like Apple, Samsung.  Nokia’s Research and Development failed to do proper research in high technology, Even though Nokia adopted windows phone as its principal smart phone strategy it was entered by broad strategic partnership with MICROSOFT in 2011,

Though Nokia was not taken good position ,  But it got remarkable change in 2014. Nokia Devices and Services business acquisition by micro soft, company had released that they have  huge profit in Fourth quarter in 2014.

New Nokia come back  with high  technologies, and supported risen from Microsoft.
