The exchange of materials like proteins and fluids between capillaries and interstetial fluid is called capillary exchange. This Capillary exchange occur by 3 mechanisms. Those are 1. Diffusion-Transport of materials or fluids along the Concentration gradient; 2. Bulk flow and 3. Transcytosis or extravasation. The above three mechanisms influences the Capillary exchange and promote the lymph generation. It finally leads to effective immune system
