circumference = 2.11 inches

skateboarder is travelleing downhill at 18miles/hour

distance travelled by wheel in 1 hour = 18*5280*12 = 1140480inches

therefore , number of revolutions made in one hour = distance / circumference = 1140480/2.11= 540511.84 revolutions / hour

now converting it to revolutions / second

dividing by 3600

540511.84 / 3600 = 150.14 revolutions / second

angular velocity = 150.14*2pi = 942.89 radians / second
