Introduction : Performance management cycle consists of 5 different roles such as planning the solution to a problem, monitoring the implementation of the plan, Developing adding necesssary changes to the executing plan ,rating the project plan, rewarding the members.Major areas of responsibility are setting goals, checking the behavior of the members, Decision - making and individual priorities.The plan helps to link the HR staff to employee ensurinf work satisfaction and completing the goals.Assessing the performance of the employes and giving feedback

Goals : Setting goasl is always important in management.Identifying the perfomance and appriasal developemental system that will support and give coaching systems. Establishing the elements and the relationship between these elements.These elements are combines to create a performance cycle.Consideringthe barriers and evaluating plans to overcome the barriers.

Perfomance appriasal : Appraisal is acknowlwdging the people regarding the hard work they have done.Identifying the hard wrokers in the team and recongising their efforts in the contribution.there are 3 steps in performance appraisal they are defining performance, facilitating performance and encouraging performance. This is a continous process.Giving positive feebacks for their work done, employees feel more intersted in working.

Reviews : Appraisal is doneby supervisor, peers , subordinates , self- appraisal andd customers. Reviewing is a process of involvement of the employees and the work done.Accomplishing th egoalsadn agency\'s mission and goals.setting performance goals for the coming period, organising tasks and reviweing them before giving it tothe clients. The two way communication in the system should also reviewed periodically, removing the laggings in the work.

Individual Development Plan : Individual plan is identifying one\'s own strengths and weakness. his way of approach to a problem and the way he comes to a solution choosing the best alternative from the possible solutions.Learning new technology and new managerial skills for his own benefit as well as the benefit of the firm.
