Name 2 organs and/or glands, not membranes, which are found within (not forming a wall of) the thoracic cavity of the fetal pig and give the primary function of each.

Solution

Two organs located in the thoracic cavity of fetal pig are;

1. Heart

The heart is encased in a shiny pericardial membrane. It lies in center of chest between lungs. It pumps blood throughout the body.

2. Lungs

These are two large respiratory organs in the thoracic cavity enclosed by the diaphragm and the rib cage. These organs carry out process of gaseous exchange in body ,where blood picks up oxygen and loses carbon dioxide.
