In POWER SYSTEM ANALYSIS susceptance and conductance can be obtained by finding Admittance matrix . once we obtained admitance matrix from the data, real part of Admitance matrix is Conductance, and imaginary part of Admitance matrix is Susceptance.

In CIRCUIT THEORY if the resistance is given in problem then inverse of resistance is Conductance

or the resistivity, area of cross section of conductor is given in the problem, then resistance can be found by pl/A inverse of esistance is conductance. inverse of inductance or caacitance is Susceptance
