We know, tire pressure = Load / area

Load = 2.27 × 1000 Kg = 22268.7 N

So, 206.85 × 1000 N/m² = (22268.7)/ Area

Therefore  

Area = 0.1076 m²

= 0.1076× 39.37×39.37 inch²

= 166.77 inch²
