4) A year ago, i checked for anti virus soft ware, Browser upgrade, RAM,

RAM, once i have upgraded, i can used for 3 years, if i upgraded with highest RAM, I can work with 7 to 8 years.

But, anti virus software if i have install it will get expiry within one year. Anti virus software are available in the market with 3 years expiry, but i am not picking that 3 years option due to technology virus upgrading themselves also coming in faster, i have to check with year by year.

Browser upgrade, i am not to wait for one year, browser new version are coming 6 months to 1 year, there is not huge affect on this, if i am not upgraded for 2 years, I am get affect on this.
