discovery is the civil process where both parties to a case to be interogated and find collect the facts or relevant information to the case. it is a civil process where the authorities will personally interact with both the parties individually and collects the relevant information relates to the issue. both the parties will rise their voices and they explained their views and perceptions towards the issue.

the purpose is to konw and identify the truths with pleas and perceptions of the individual related to the case. here just hearings will happens.
