How many acres will remain in the parcel after the strip shown is taken for a new street? (i acre 43,560 ft 350 ft sect is th divi all

Solution

7.

Thats like taking out surface area of walls and subtractign door+window +bb area
= 2(40*36+22*36+40*22) - 1375
= 6224 -1375
= 4849 ft^2

Per sqft cost is 8.5 per square yard
1 ft is 1/3 yard
9sqft is therefore area of 1 yd^2
So, 9ft^2 takes $8.5

So, 1ft^2 takes $8.5/9

Now, total cost= 4849 * cost per square yard
= 4849 *(8.5/9)
= $4579.611
