In Fluid mechanics,
Bernulli eqn in pressure term is
1.Here, Maximum value of the static pressure P is atmospheric pressure??
For example, think of the fluid flowing through the pipe and we measure the static pressure P with the tube attached to pipe.
2.Actually I\'m curious why as velocity increase, P decreases. In reality, as V increases, the suction force made by the flow increases. But in the eqn, P decreases.
If you are planning to upload your paperwork, I want it to be clear to look at. Thank you.
Solution
When the area is reduced, since the fluid is incomprehensible it\'s density won\'t change so velocity has to increase . Fluid exiting from a nozzle decrease in pressure :now total energy of each Delta element remain constant and hence Bernoulli\'s principle exists. the above answer is also true in some manner
