1) dy/dx = 7x/10y

==> 10y dy = 7x dx

integrating on both sides

==> 10y dy = 7x dx

==> 10(y²/2) = 7(x²/2) + c

==> 5y² = 7x²/2 + c

==> 10y² = 7x² + c

2) 7x² + 9ydy/dx = 0

==> 7x² = -9y dy/dx

==> 7x² dx = -9y dy

integrating on both sides

==> 7x² dx = -9y dy

==> 7(x³/3) + c = -9(y²/2)

==> -9(y²/2) = 7(x³/3) + c

==> -27y² = 14x³ + c
