I just want to know how to get the right theoretical values, all the theorectical add up should equal to one.

I can\'t figure out the formula. Please explain how you get the answer.

You will find in A1:A250 data that is believed to be generated by a normal process. Compile the data into bins of width 5, giving both frequencies and relative frequencies in cells indicated.
