i am agree with this statement. because majority of the succesful ideas are generated from flash and sudden ideas only. best example is Newton, when he doubted that why an apple is unable to stands with tree or stands in air. and one more flash idea from Wright brothers, when birds are flying freely with help of air, who not human?

so, to get a better idea a moment of time (secons) is enough, and to implement it we requires life time.
