inorder to keep the body at the isotonic concentration of salt, we should add same amount to maintain the similar level of salt or isotonic solution. so the calculaltion goes like this Osmolality (Osm) = Moles Total Solute /Solvent Mass in (kg). if we need to know the salt cocnetration its will be 0.9% Sodium Chloride or 9 grams per liter.
