Rearraning the equation : x^2 + (y^2 -2y) =4

x^2 + (y -1)^2 = 5

comaring with std equation of circle : (x-h)^2 + (y-k)^2 = r^2

So, centre ( 0, 1) and radius = sqrt(5)
