I am not sure what equation to use I do konw that it is a T Test but not sure if this is dependednt or independednt. I think it is independent.

As sample size is small t test is used.

H0: mu1 = mu2

Ha: mu1 < mu2

Left tailed test

t = 3.8027
  df = 10
  standard error of difference = 1.793

p value = 0.00175

As p <0.10, reject null hypothesis.
