W= Amount of weight used = 100 lbs
R= number of repeats = 8 repeats
1RM = w(1+r/30)
1RM = 100(1+ 8/30)
= 100 ( 1.267)
1RM = 126.67
Absolute relative strength is the same as 1RM. It is defined as the maximum number of pounds one can lift on one attempt.
