First we have to understand the meaning of Weyco Ban on employee smoking which means workers can not smoke at all,anywhere in any condition.

1.The views of the key stakeholders in this case are different to person to person.I am not a smoker, this is not a smoking issue for me. I have a problem with what my fellow coulegue and i have told him not to smoke at work station.On the other hand the person is doing smoking have a different view Yes I have the choice to smoke and yes I have the choice to work here.

2.The ethical issues to consider when deciding to fire tobaco users are as follows

A.Smoking is addictive.

B.Smoking ia injuriuos to health or other also it has active passive reaction,

C.It is to provide information and educate people about the harms of smoking.
D.Smoking has now shown definitive links to lung cancer.
3. Yes is it appropriate for employers to impose restrictions on individual freedoms beacause smoking is not good for any employee and it is the responsilibilty of the employer to take care of his/her employees.Employer can restrict individuals as they have full authority to create rules and make its employees follow them.

4. Yes, Weyco is doing the right thing because it is better then prevention than cure.

Ethical issues related to human freedom of choice can arise as smoking or not smoking is a personal choice and an employer can not simply fire an employee however they can issue a warning letter to stop smoking in office premises injurious to health.This is the right thing to do and everybody knows that the use of tobacco will create a medical problems.STAY AWAY FROM TOBACCO.
