If you were to lose a sense, which sense would you prefer to lose? Why did you choose that specific sense? How would your life be different without that sense? Could you compensate for the loss of that sense?100 words or more please

Solution

All senses are important for the human survival on the planet. A life without senses is partially difficult to lead because loss of perception & sensation resulted to generate corresponding \"motor activity\". However, if I was to lose a sense, I would prefer to lose \"sense of taste\" because if I choose \"sense of sight (eye-vision)\", then blindness may further leads to deafness in many humans. Losing taste sensation cannot be compensated completely but can be compensated with smell partially when eating stuff, because smell can induce \"olfactory sensation\" that promote passage of impulse at the back of the throat to the nose via olfactory bulb & retronasal passageway. The ends of several olfactory rods collect to form the olfactory nerve, the first cranial nerve. The olfactory nerve ends in the olfactory bulb; from here, the impulses transmitted to the olfactory portion of the cortex.
