When Career and Family Roles comes together , there are always clashes of thoughts, the way we want to pursue and they way our parents or our family wants us to pursue alsways clashes. It depends on many factors like it depends on the person whose Career we are talking about and if that person is very firm and determined about a particular thing and doesnot wants to see any other parameter then no one of role has any importance. But consider a situation where a person needs to support his family then many scenario he/she needs to consider, a career of lesse risk as family needs continous income source, a career which gives gurantee of future and ensure secure life of family. There cannot be any specific guideline or steps anyone could follow when it comes to Career, it depends on situation. And when it comes it family it is very important, it is which makes what you are till date and supports you in every single moment of your life, i personally takes advice from my parents as they have much more experience of life than me and they have practical life examples and will help us from getting into those troubles and mistakes.
