How would you determine if your unknown bacteria grows better at 25 degree C or 37 degree C?. Provide several ways in which two unknowns could be distinguished from one another on a streak plate.

you just take a loopful of culture and streak it on media plates and then keep it overnight at 25 and 37^o C. next day check the growth in plates.

you can distinguish between two bacteria by their 7 characteristics. they are size, shape, margin, texture, pigmentation, elevation and opacity.
