1. Morning peak hour-- 8:15AM to 9:15AM

2. Peak hour volume= 462+502+489+447=1900 vehicles

Within this peak hour, 8:30 AM TO 8:45AM has peak 15 min volume which is 502 vehicles

So, PHF = 1900/4*502=0.9462~0.95

3. K factor for morning peak hour= DHV/AADT

Where DHV ,design hourly volume= 4* Peak hour volume/PHF = 4*502/0.95=2120 vehicles

So, K factor for morning peak hour =DHV/ AADT

=2120/10600 = 0.2
