Competing interest and trade offs at work are involved by grouped of members, Only two member involving or two family involving it is considered as  private issue, but here in this case different group of members, are joined  so ,numbers of families will be there, whatever whether positive and negative activities done by Competing interest and trade offs people at work, it get affected by huge families.

So, there is no law will be involved practically but ethics have to involve to solve the work disputes problem. Ethics means group of persons accepting or rejecting the concerns or any matters due to attribute social custom.

Laws are based with customs, it can be differ from region to region, state to state, country  to country, but ethics it is accepted by group of members which can belongs to whole world because of social custom.
