It is important that my company\'s products are easy to found by potential customers surfing the internet, and that simple facts ncreases my sells dramatically. Let\'s see the case of Amazon.com, which got years ahead of its competitors in the book and music industry, when they all knew about the importance of an IA as part of a business strategy, it was too late, nothing to do, experience is not made in one day, and Amazon had years doing its IA for doing big business without being noticed by its competitors. Is it not easy for us to find a book, a gift for mom, girlfriend, etc., in Amazon.com? Well, a business strategy linked to an IA, that is what it is, and Amazon.com is not the only one nowadays, we have the very google.com, whch sells its software online, but makes it easy for us to try the software so as to see it works, develop a neeed and the most importante thing, to trust Google, besides, its IA makes it easy for us to find their products online, whether it is Google earth, Google translator, Google Sketchup, etc., if we want the premium versions, we just have to pay, but we found easily the demos, which are great by the way.

So, if I was the manager, I would consider investing in the IA that is right for my business, and I would consider it part of the assets of the company, therefore, part of the company\'s equity, for it really works by itself and helps the company make money, for customers find my products easier, faster, they learn to trust my brand, and my sells increase as a consequence, and dramatically.
