Coming to my case I do react to some ads based on the requirement and get to know the real need in the ad and makes them use of rhte people in need if that was a real case and that is helpful to the people in the need.

Yes, participating over the network on the companies ads and tweets is not a crime or not an illegal issue as the companies post them for the people to look after and make them use for the needy. This does not mean that everyone has to look after it but the people necessary and in the need would likely to tbe interact and respond over the ads so that it would be beneficial to the duo.
