Lindsay, an engineer, is retained by the County government to perform a study and recommend the best location for a new Count power facility. The choices have been narrowed down two parcels of land. The first parcel undeveloped land is owned to build by a person who plans a second home there. The second parcel, a developed piece of land, is owned by Lindsay informs the County of his ownership of the second parcel land, on to of then goes recommend that the County build on the first parcel for the following reasons:

(1) it is a better location from an engineering standpoint

(2) it would be cheaper to acquire the land The County accepts Lindsay\'s study.

Solution

In this case Lindsay is unethical for abuse of position , authority and confidence received from users of construction services by choosing a facility built in a country that is not their land , right up until her safe .

Code of Conduct must be obeyed and implemented , so that when the work will arise a sense of comfort because it does not violate the existing rules . Besides the issue of a code of ethics at the top , worker safety must also be considered, because manpower  is required for each construction project to be implemented
