So, 3 cups of dark paint requires 3*7 = 21 ounces of Red paint.

So, 3 cups of light paint requires, 3/2 * 3 = 9/2=4.5 ounces of Red paint.

So Annie needs 21+4.5 = 25.5 ounces of Red paint in Total.
