I was proving a derivation and during proof the n from ideal

I was proving a derivation and during proof the n from ideal gas equation has been omitted and I don\'t understand why

Solution

The \'n\' do not effects the equations.

Suppose you have the equaation of ideal gas,

PV=nRT n=mole number and V is the volume of n mole gas

We know that volume is an extrinsic property. So rather than workink with n mole gas we can work with one mole gas.

So,

PV/n=RT

Pv=RT where v=V/n,volume per unit mole

So this equation also give you the all properties of ideal gas.
