Stress is nothing but a disturbed state of brain, which decreases our physical health. Stress can be due to emotional reasons, excess work load, failure in tasks etc. Main symptoms of stress are reduction in diet, get angry very easily and very often, complaint of being disorganized, start remaining lonely, getting less sleep, use of sleeping pills and tranquilizers etc. Most people relate symptoms of stress with madness. This is a shear misunderstanding. Proper diagnosis and treatment can make a person get rid of stress completely; while madness still doesn’t have complete cure.
Treatments of stress include yoga, regular exercise, healthy diet, living in an environment full of light-hearted people, watching comedy movies. Medical treatments include, tranquilizers and adrenaline depressors.
