Being a business student I have clear understanding of my strengths, weaknesses, needs, and emotions. It enables me to understand how my performance would be affected by my feelings and other people.

Furthermore, I have sufficient degree of control over my mood and emotional impulses. I can further use it to maintain an environment of trust and fairness. It would also help to improve the productivity and retention rate of people in my team.
