Solution

First Convert both data into same unite called kbps:

                 5GigaByte to kbps.

                      We know that

                                               1 Gigabyte=8000 megabit .

                                           So 5 Gigabyte= 40000 megabit.

                                1 megabit= 1024 kbps

                               So 40000 megabit= 40000 *1000 kbps.

Same for 10 Mbps to kbps = 10*1000

Time taken for Downloading the file will be= 40000 *1000/10*1000

                                                                              =4000 seconds.
