Part:A- see for the most efficient channel, the most favorable conditions,which in actual defines the term \"most efficient channel\" is to get MAXIMUM DISCHARGE OUT OF MINIMUM WETTED PERIMETER\", So what does this statement means is that the efficiency of the channel increases if the discharge carrying capacity of a channel increases, and the Minimum wetted perimeter means that with the less space occupied by the channel we are abe to achieve maximum discharge carrying capacity. Minimum wetted perimeter will result in lowering of the cost of construction of the channel.
