. Their replication in +ssDNA is be divided into 3 steps 1. ssDNA genome to a double-stranded form converstion , also the replicative form (RF) 2. RF(replicative form) DNA multiplication by employing rolling circle replication methodology 3. ssDNA genome generation for packaging into phage from the RF DNA. Thus,what we see here is that replication of the +ssDNA genome is dependant on the synthesis of a complementary strand by DNA polymerase.
