Putting all the values here,

=> d/v = to/[1-(v/c)2]1/2

The observed lifetime,t = (256.2x10-12)/sqrt[1-(v/c)²]

=> v = d*[1-(v/c)2]1/2 /to
v = 0.152 * sqrt[1-(v/c)2] / (256.2x10-12)

v = 5.933 * 108 * sqrt[1-(v/c)2]

v2 = 35.20 * 1016 * [1 - (v/c)2]

v2 = 35.20 * 1016 - 3.911*v2
